Jillian Ryan

Jillian Ryan is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, IBCLC, and a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman. She’s also a mum to two amazing kids (one ND—the other, time will tell!). Based on Wadandi Country in Busselton, Western Australia, Jillian currently works in a Telehealth Lactation Consultant role, offering clinical breastfeeding, lactation, and infant feeding support to families across WA.

Behind the scenes, she’s building a suite of resources to support parents through the perinatal period and provide education for fellow health professionals. Her approach blends clinical expertise and research with lived experience, matrescence wisdom, and neurodiversity-affirming care principles—offering education and support that’s as individual as each client.
